Air Inspection Maintenance Services

AIMS offer the following services to the Irish sector:

1. CCTV Inspection

   AIMS use remote-control camera devices to inspect your air ventilation systems for any signs of ingress of contaminate or damaged dampers etc.

2. Clean Room Cleaning

   AIMS have expertise in the cleaning and maintenance of clean rooms.

3. Full Internal Survey

   AIMS will carry out a full internal survey of all ductwork forming part of your air ventilation system, ensuring that all sections are clean and meet the relevant healthy and safety regulations. We will run a CCTV robot in the ductwork and record our findings on disc for the client

4. Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing

   AIMS provides a full ventilation cleaning program, ensuring that your ductwork is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Photographs will be taken before and after cleaning.

5. Pre-Handover Cleans

   AIMS can ensure the cleanliness of air ventilation systems prior to handover of the systems to new owners.

6. Analytical Service

   We use Independent Micro Laboratories to provide us with agar plates and dip slides which they in return will analyse and give us a full report for our clients.

7. Air Monitoring Programme

   AIMS can provide you with the equipment and training necessary to monitor your air for contaminants, enabling compliance with environmental and healthy and safety regulations.

8. Decontamination of Ductwork Systems

   AIMS specializes in decontaminating infected ductwork systems, i.e removal from clients premises to disposal in Germany c/w full documentation

9. Risk Assessment for LEGIONELLA

   AIMS provide comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment services - identify and assess sources of risks; programme for preventing and controlling the risk; monitoring of these control measures; record keeping; all in accordance with Health & Safety Executive L8 Approved Code of Practice & Guidelines.

10. Service Calls

    AIMS' technicians can be called out to service and clean ductwork systems day or night.

11. Certificate of Cleanliness

    AIMS can award your organisation with a Certificate of Cleanliness when you have attained satisfactory levels of cleanliness.
